Mymuesli is a pioneer in the online distribution of individually composed muesli. Being a purely digital business during its conception, the company now even sells its products in its own shops and via partner companies. Right from the start, mymuesli’s decisive offer to its customers was to allow them to be able to put together their own muesli according to their individual taste.

What has been possible for years with the product is now an option for the packaging. Consumers can have their individual muesli delivered in an individually designed muesli box.

This is made possible by the intelligent linking of processes, from the transfer of print data to shipping. The individually designed label arrives at mymuesli within 12 hours – and that at a rate of several thousand printed cans per day.

The speed is the result of a cooperation between mymuesli and the digital platform Labelprint24. Together, the production processes were intensively examined and adapted.

A separate interface was created between the mymuesli ERP system and the Labelprint24 printing systems. The customer orders on the mymuesli website are used to generate print data records, which are then transmitted to the online print shop at night. There, the printing process is camera-monitored and the images are compared to the order data.
